My journey to Jazion

Before creating the platform, I spent 15+ years teaching and working in IT — spanning from systems integration to cloud solution architecture. Along the way, I was learning languages myself (English, Serbian, Chinese) and noticed the exact same issue: teachers spend hours on routine tasks, while students lose 80% of the material between lessons. Not because they are bad learners, but because the brain has its own rules, and without a revision system, even the best lesson simply evaporates.

Philosophy

AI alone barely teaches (meta-analysis: g = 0.08). But AI in the hands of a skilled teacher is 18 times more effective. Jazion acts as that exact multiplier: the platform handles the routine (transcription, vocabulary, spaced repetition, illustrations), while the teacher remains the one who ignites the spark.

What inspires me

  • The exact moment a student's eyes light up with an epiphany and they experience the pure joy of understanding.
  • The capabilities of AI and cognitive science, which explains why the things that work actually work.
  • People who do their job with love (in any field) and bring the light of knowledge to others.

Мой путь к Jazion

До платформы я 15+ лет преподавал и работал в IT — от системной интеграции до архитектуры облачных решений. Параллельно учил языки (английский, сербский, китайский) и видел одну и ту же проблему: преподаватели тратят часы на рутину, а ученики теряют 80% материала между уроками. Не потому что плохо учат — потому что у мозга свои правила, и без системы повторений даже лучший урок испаряется.

Философия

ИИ сам по себе почти не учит (мета-анализ: g = 0,08). Но ИИ в руках грамотного преподавателя — в 18 раз эффективнее. Jazion — это тот самый множитель: платформа берёт рутину на себя (транскрипция, словарь, интервальные повторения, иллюстрации), а учитель остаётся тем, кто зажигает.

Что меня вдохновляет
